Traditional Poutine
Ingredients
- 1 Bag French Fries 24-26 oz
- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cup Cheese Curds
- 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Chopped Parsley Optional
Instructions
- Cook french fries according to package directions (we like to deep fry ours, more for the crunch).
- Once fries are cooked, drain on paper towels and spread onto large serving platter.
- Immediately sprinkle with cheese and top with cheese curds.
- Make your brown gravy mix according to package directions and then drizzle over your French fries and cheese.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and some parsley if desired and devour.
