Traditional Poutine

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag French Fries 24-26 oz
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cheese Curds
  • 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Chopped Parsley Optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook french fries according to package directions (we like to deep fry ours, more for the crunch).
  • Once fries are cooked, drain on paper towels and spread onto large serving platter.
  • Immediately sprinkle with cheese and top with cheese curds.
  • Make your brown gravy mix according to package directions and then drizzle over your French fries and cheese.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and some parsley if desired and devour.
