Traditional Poutine

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag French Fries 24-26 oz
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cheese Curds
  • 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Chopped Parsley Optional

Method
 

  1. Cook french fries according to package directions (we like to deep fry ours, more for the crunch).
  2. Once fries are cooked, drain on paper towels and spread onto large serving platter.
  3. Immediately sprinkle with cheese and top with cheese curds.
  4. Make your brown gravy mix according to package directions and then drizzle over your French fries and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and some parsley if desired and devour.
